Participate in the Success. MEBA Retains the Ownership.
The MEBA Participation Pool™ (MPP) is a private contractual participation program designed for approved members who wish to participate in the commercial success of qualifying MEBA entertainment properties.
Rather than transferring ownership of intellectual property, the program provides an opportunity to participate in defined revenue generated by eligible projects under a written participation agreement.
Every project is independently structured, professionally administered, and governed by its own participation terms.
Participation Units
For the first model: 20% defined streaming-revenue pool and 20 AEP Units at a certain per unit. Each unit represents a percentage of participation in the defined AEP pool.

A controlled project-level participation model designed for approved supporters and strategic partners who want to participate in a defined streaming-revenue pool tied to specific projects.
